Richard Latour - Commanding Officer

It is my pleasure to welcome new candidates to the Sault Squires Police Cadet Corps. Our Cadet Unit currently has a total of thirty-two Police Cadets and there is always room for additional members. We take pride in our appearance and the volunteer work we achieve within the community. It is the aim of myself and my officers to promote goodwill throughout the Algoma Region via our youth group and to ensure the safety and education of our members during their time with us.

We ask that the parents or guardians of the cadet offer a supportive role whilst their child is a member of The Sault Squires, this could involve activities such as fundraising, attendance at annual dinners or just providing a ride to and from events for your child.

All of the Officers and Board Members are volunteers and offer their time freely without recompense – all we request in return is respect and dedication from our sponsors, cadets and their parents.
